Paris Winter Market

Chestnuts roasted on an open fire

Overnight Chef is back! Sorry for the prolonged absence. As some of you may know, I'm now the proud father of a baby boy so the past few months have been a major life-changer. As a result, I haven't had the opportunity to dedicate any time to updating the blog.

Fear not though, I'm back, and just in time for the Paris winter market. It's probably not anything special compared to the famous Strasbourg market but running along both sides of the bottom-half of the Champs Elysees, it nonetheless draws a decent crowd.

Aside form the typical festive trinket stalls, there is a nice range of food as well - which is what this blog is all about. Sweet, savory, hot, cold, alcoholic and not, here's a few snaps from today's visit to the Paris winter market.
